The accelerated pace is driven by the lead actors' upcoming professional obligations. Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Vicky Kaushal have dedicated August to completing this final leg. Kapoor, in particular, is expected to begin promotional activities for another project by mid-September.
Bhansali has devised a meticulous plan for this concluding schedule, which is expected to include two major war sequences and two songs. These action-heavy scenes will involve approximately 50 stunt performers and 300-500 junior artists, following extensive rehearsals and choreography.
'Love & War' is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on January 21, 2027, aligning with the Republic Day weekend. This release date allows ample time for post-production following the principal photography's anticipated completion before August concludes.
