Louisa Jacobson, known for her role as Marian Brook in The Gilded Age, has shared that she is currently single. In a recent interview, Jacobson expressed a desire to meet a partner organically, moving away from dating applications like Raya. She noted that while she used dating apps in the past, she now feels a sense of vulnerability due to her public profile.

Jacobson was previously linked with producer Anna Blundell. Their relationship was publicized in late 2023 and early 2024, including a significant social media post by Jacobson that coincided with her mother Meryl Streep's birthday. Jacobson, who identifies as queer, discussed her experience of coming out and how media interpreted her social media activity. The couple was last seen together in February 2025 at an event supporting the Human Rights Campaign.

Despite a joint public appearance and Jacobson's past statements about overcoming a period of hiding parts of herself, all social media posts featuring Blundell have reportedly been removed by Jacobson. Blundell, however, appears to still have a photo of Jacobson on her profile. Jacobson reiterated her romantic outlook, emphasizing a preference for meeting people in person.
