Lost Voice Guy Hospitalized After Gruesome Fall

Lee Ridley, known to many as Lost Voice Guy, was recently taken to the hospital after sustaining a head injury from a fall. The winner of Britain's Got Talent in 2018 shared a photo of himself bandaged in A&E, humorously renaming himself 'Lost Balance Guy.' This incident led to the cancellation of two of his scheduled shows.

Ridley, who lives with cerebral palsy and uses an iPad to communicate, spoke candidly about the experience, noting that living with a disability can be difficult. He stressed that his post was not for sympathy but to affirm that it's acceptable to feel vulnerable. He praised the resilience of the disabled community for their ability to pause, recover, and continue moving forward, regardless of the challenges faced.

Expressing gratitude, Ridley thanked the NHS staff at the Royal Victoria Infirmary for his treatment. He also extended apologies to the audiences in Newcastle and Mexborough for the missed performances, promising to reschedule. Ridley's journey began after a brain infection at six months old, which led to his cerebral palsy diagnosis and a coma, affecting his mobility and speech.
