Mexican American twins Juan Moises Cardenas (Gemelo) and Robert Cardenas (Temu), known as Los Gemelos de Sinaloa, are achieving significant recognition in the música mexicana scene. Although born and raised in Paramount, California, their parents hail from Sinaloa, Mexico. Their musical journey, influenced by their mother's passion for singing, led them to form the duo in 2014. After navigating various record labels, they signed with Street Mob Records, managed by Jesús Ortiz Paz of Fuerza Regida.
Since their signing, Los Gemelos de Sinaloa have experienced substantial growth. Their collaboration "Ferrari" with Fuerza Regida and Clave Especial topped Billboard's Hot Regional Mexican Songs chart. Their latest album, "The Gemeliza," released last month, showcases their diverse musical style, blending corridos, sierreño, and norteño. The album features collaborations with artists like Fuerza Regida and Ovy on the Drums, with a reggaeton track alongside Blessd.
Los Gemelos de Sinaloa are set to embark on their first headlining U.S. tour, "The Gemeliza Tour." The tour commences on October 23rd and will cover 10 major cities across the nation, concluding on December 12th. The duo expresses a desire to create lasting music that resonates with people for years to come, aiming to imbue their songs with messages of prosperity, motivation, and faith.
