In October 2025, Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli have sold their lavish $15 million mansion in Los Angeles' Hidden Hills area. The couple, who were previously involved in the high-profile college admissions scandal, had listed the 11,800-square-foot property for $16.5 million back in February 2025.
The modern farmhouse-style estate, which the couple purchased in August 2020 for $9.5 million, is now under contract with a buyer. According to a Zillow listing, the home features six bedrooms, a gym, a wine cellar, a home theater, a swimming pool, and a bocce ball court.
Loughlin, 61, and Giannulli, 62, had reduced the asking price to $14.9 million in July 2025 before finding a buyer. The former couple is parting ways six years after presenting a united front during the 2019 college admissions scandal, in which they were accused of paying $500,000 to secure their daughters' admission to the University of Southern California.
A source close to the situation revealed that Loughlin has been struggling with the separation, while Giannulli has already started going on dates. Their daughters, Olivia Jade and Bella Giannulli, are said to be "definitely upset" but "not surprised" by their parents' impending divorce.
