Live with Kelly and Mark Unveils 74 Costumes for Epic 2025 Halloween Special

As the 2025 Halloween season approaches, the team behind the popular daytime talk show Live with Kelly and Mark is preparing for their most elaborate costume special yet. According to a show representative, the hosts, Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos, will don a total of 74 different outfits for the Friday, October 31st episode, though the staff jokingly refers to it as "6-7" costumes, a nod to a viral meme and this year's theme of tackling trending pop culture moments.

The Live team is known for going all-out for their annual Halloween extravaganza, and this year will be no exception. Every member of the crew, including executive producer Michael Gelman, announcer Déjà Vu, and recurring correspondent Steve Patterson, will get in on the fun by dressing up for the pre-taped segments. Ripa and Consuelos, who are also Emmy-winning hosts, will parody couples from the popular reality series Love Island, though they'll skip the tropical swimwear in favor of t-shirts printed with bathing suits.

Other highlights of the Halloween special include references to the AppleTV+ series Severance, the internet sensation Labubu, and Beyoncé, as well as a nod to Ripa's newfound hobby of playing mahjong. The excitement extends behind the scenes, where actor Jerry O'Connell was granted a sneak peek, capturing sweet moments of Ripa and Consuelos' playful on-set dynamic.
