Lisa Riley recently alluded to a secret wedding with her fiancé, Al, during her 'I'm A Celebrity' exit interview, referring to him as her 'husband.' The couple, together for eleven years, became engaged in 2018. However, they have openly discussed their decision not to have a formal wedding ceremony.

Riley explained that the loss of both their mothers makes a traditional wedding day incredibly difficult to contemplate. She stated that they already feel married and she could not proceed with such a significant event without her mother present. Al's mother's passing, shortly before Riley's own mother's death in 2012, has made the situation particularly poignant.
