Previously, the dizziness had caused him to leave the stage mid-performance.
Richie's ex-wife, Brenda Harvey Richie, reassured fans earlier this week via X (formerly Twitter), stating, "Lionel is OK and will be back on the stage." The joint tour with Earth, Wind & Fire is scheduled to continue through August 14 in Austin, Texas. The next scheduled date was July 1 in Detroit.
