Harbour Responds to Lily Allen's 'West End Girl'

Lily Allen's recent album, "West End Girl," offers a candid look at the dissolution of her marriage to actor David Harbour. The album, released in October 2025, details relationship challenges, with Allen alluding to her ex-husband's "double life" and infidelity, including a separate apartment she called the "P---y Palace."

Harbour, who married Allen in 2020 and separated in February 2025, has acknowledged the album's existence. He told Variety that while its release was "weird," he respects Allen's "privilege" as an artist to "use her experience to create art." Allen has clarified that while "West End Girl" is inspired by her relationship, not all lyrics are autobiographical, stating "some of it is based on truth, and some of it is fantasy." She described the album as a way of processing her feelings at the time, not as a cruel attack.

The singer is currently on her "West End Girl" tour, with 61 shows scheduled to conclude on November 1, 2026, in Perth. Harbour has largely maintained his privacy regarding the album and their breakup, emphasizing his value for private life.
