Actor Liev Schreiber has been observed in New York City's SoHo neighborhood following his recent discharge from a hospital where he was admitted for severe headache pain. His representative confirmed he underwent tests out of caution and has since been cleared to resume work, having been filming an Apple TV+ thriller in Philadelphia.
Schreiber, 58, was reportedly experiencing "intolerable" pain, prompting a "battery of tests." He has previously disclosed a diagnosis of transient global amnesia (TGA), a rare condition triggered by migraines, which caused temporary memory loss during a Broadway production in 2024.
The actor is said to be somewhat embarrassed by the public attention his health scare has drawn. However, he expressed gratitude for the medical attention received and is relieved to be feeling better. He previously described the TGA episode as a "worst nightmare" but was reassured by doctors that it was a benign condition that resolved within 24 hours.
