In a recent visit to the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge, singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi put an acoustic, string-laden spin on Paramore's 2013 hit "Still Into You." Capaldi's rendition transformed the explosive pop track into a more intimate, aisle-ready ballad, evoking the warm opening chords of Coldplay's "Fix You."
During the session, Capaldi also performed two of his own unreleased and upcoming songs, "Almost" and "Pointless," from his 2026 album Broken By Desire to Be Heavenly Sent. He rounded out the set with a live version of his latest single, "Something in the Heavens."
Looking ahead, Capaldi plans to release an EP at some point this year, featuring his recent singles and other material he's been teasing during his recent comeback performances. The artist has also announced an extensive tour, marking his first major live outing since stepping away from the public eye to manage his battle with Tourette's syndrome.
Paramore's "Still Into You" was recently named the 63rd best song of the 21st century by Rolling Stone, with the publication praising its "vibrant rhythm" and "whole-bodied model of effervescent endearment."
