AMC is set to debut the next chapter of its "Interview With the Vampire" series, and this time, it's all about Lestat. According to the showrunner, the new series, titled "Anne Rice's The Vampire Lestat," will feel like Lestat has "hijacked the show," as the iconic vampire takes center stage to tell his story through his own unique, poetic lens.
The extended first look trailer, which debuted at New York Comic Con on October 7th, 2025, offers a tantalizing glimpse into the upcoming season. Viewers can expect to see a whole lot of Lestat's fury and fabulosity, from a glimpse of his mother, Gabrielle, played by Jennifer Elhe, to the aftermath of Daniel Molloy publishing "Interview With the Vampire."
The footage also features a delightful bit of bickering between Louis and Lestat, with the two vampires fighting over none other than Armand. Additionally, the series has added some new cast members, including "The Woman King" star Sheila Atim as the ancient vampire queen Akasha and "Schitt's Creek" star Noah Reid as Larry.
As the "Vampire Chronicles" saga continues to unfold on the small screen, fans can look forward to a whole new vibe and perspective from the one and only Lestat.
