The much-anticipated film 'Lenin,' starring Akhil Akkineni and Bhagyashri Borse, will now be released on June 26, 2026. Originally slated for a May 1st release, the makers have rescheduled to avoid a clash with Ram Charan's upcoming film 'Peddi,' which premieres on April 30th. This considerate move highlights the mutual respect within the film industry.
Annapurna Studios announced the postponement, emphasizing the desire for a healthy and positive environment for celebrating cinema. Bhagyashri Borse plays Bharathi, the love interest of Akkineni's character in the action entertainer. The film's glimpse video, released last year, hinted at an intense narrative, with a tagline suggesting 'No war is more violent than love.'
