On February 28, 2025, acclaimed producer Amy Pascal will be honored with the prestigious David O. Selznick Achievement Award from the Producers Guild of America. Since founding her production company Pascal Pictures in 2015, Pascal has produced a string of major box office hits, including the Spider-Man trilogy, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and its sequel, Greta Gerwig's Little Women, and Steven Spielberg's The Post.
Most recently, Pascal has produced Noah Baumbach's Jay Kelly and Luca Guadagnino's Challengers starring Zendaya, Josh O'Connor, and Mike Faist. She is also set to produce Greta Gerwig's The Chronicles of Narnia: The Magician's Nephew, Spider-Man: Brand New Day starring Tom Holland, Phil Lord and Chris Miller's Project Hail Mary, and the upcoming James Bond film by Denis Villeneuve.
In a press release, Pascal expressed her gratitude for the honor, stating that "producing has been the great joy of my professional life." The PGA Presidents, Donald De Line and Stephanie Allain, praised Pascal's "impeccable taste, a keen eye for extraordinary talent both in front of and behind the camera, and an unwavering determination fueled by deep passion," adding that her films are "masterclasses in storytelling - seamlessly blending compelling entertainment with thought-provoking ideas."
