Veteran Actress Sandhya Shantaram, Muse to Filmmaker Husband, Dies at 94

Veteran actress Sandhya Shantaram, who was known for her captivating performances and the ability to bring depth to every role, passed away on October 2nd, 2025 at the age of 94. Her last rites were conducted on the same day at Vaikunth Dham in Shivaji Park.

Sandhya Shantaram was married to filmmaker V Shantaram and was both his muse and a prominent actor in her own right.
