Lauren Harries Reveals Unease with Vanessa Feltz

Lauren Harries has disclosed a long-standing, private feud with television host Vanessa Feltz. Harries recounted feeling particularly uneasy and nervous during a past interview conducted by Feltz, suggesting Feltz was insincerely pleasant. This feeling was intensified when Harries was photographed with Feltz's then-partner, Ben Ofoedu, during a night out.

The animosity between the two has been brought to public attention following a recent incident where a caller impersonated Harries during a live segment on Feltz's show. Harries expressed surprise that her voice was not recognized by Feltz, given their prior professional interactions.

Harries indicated that she and Feltz have never truly connected, despite working together on multiple occasions since 2013. She suggested that Feltz did not react well to seeing her with Ofoedu, who was in a relationship with Feltz from 2003 to 2023.

Harries believes the show should have issued a public apology and invited her on to discuss the impersonation incident, rather than allowing a hoax caller to appear. She emphasized that she harbors no personal ill will but views Feltz as a business associate.

Recent reports indicate that Feltz's show has been targeted by numerous prank callers impersonating celebrities and other public figures, leading Harries to call for better program oversight.
