Rapper Latto has officially announced her pregnancy in March 2026 via the music video for her new single, 'Business & Personal.' The video prominently features her baby bump and hints at the involvement of 21 Savage.
This pregnancy news comes after Latto confirmed her romantic relationship with 21 Savage in September 2025. While out in New York City, she referred to him as her "husband" to TMZ, emphatically stating, "My man, my man, my man!"
Rumors about their relationship have circulated since their first collaboration on the song 'Pull Up' in August 2020. Further speculation arose from fan observations of matching vacation photos and a shadow in Latto's pictures that resembled 21 Savage.
Adding to the intrigue, Latto got a tattoo of 21 Savage's government name, 'Shéyaa,' behind her ear in February 2023. Reports suggested he had a similar tattoo of her name, 'Alyssa.' Despite these clues and their joint musical projects, 21 Savage had previously denied having a "celebrity girlfriend" in December 2022.
Latto herself had previously deflected questions about her relationship, stating in August 2025 that her personal life was "nobody's business" and encouraging fans to focus on her music.
