- Action film blends Nollywood energy with 80s grit.

Razaaq Adoti stars as Zion, a dishonorably discharged special forces soldier who returns to Lagos, Nigeria, to avenge his sister Ronke's death. Ronke, a hotel chambermaid, was murdered and framed for a drug overdose by the respectable Dr. Baptiste, who is secretly a drug kingpin. Zion, despite his own past troubles, takes on Baptiste's criminal empire.
The film, scripted by Adoti and directed by Chee Keong Cheung, delivers a satisfyingly fast-paced action experience. It incorporates a gritty, no-holds-barred approach reminiscent of 1980s action flicks, complete with a street urchin sidekick for Zion. The narrative features intense fight sequences and brutal confrontations.
Working alongside albino ganglord Jagunlabi, Zion unleashes a torrent of violence, including immolations and machete attacks. Cheung's direction complements the action with a dynamic, handheld style, though his frequent use of Dutch angles becomes a point of note. The film ultimately captures an undeniable urban, gangland atmosphere.
