Lady Gaga Welcomes First Child!

Lady Gaga, the acclaimed singer and actress, has welcomed her first child with fiancé Michael Polansky. The 40-year-old artist, often referred to by fans as "Mother Monster," has openly shared her aspirations for motherhood over the years. In a 2019 YouTube video, she detailed a 10-year plan that included having children.

Further elaborating on her desire for a family, Gaga spoke in a March 2020 interview about her excitement for the maternal role. She has also playfully described her relationship with her fans as a precursor to motherhood, welcoming them into "the Womb." Her hope for this next chapter was recently reiterated in October 2025 on The Late Show, calling motherhood her "next starring role."

Gaga and Polansky were first seen together in late 2019 and became Instagram official in early 2020. They strengthened their bond during quarantine. Polansky, an executive director at the Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy, and Gaga, a mental health advocate, have supported each other's endeavors. Gaga announced her engagement to Polansky in July 2024.
