Kylie Jenner's Tough Second Pregnancy Revealed
14 May
Summary
- Jenner experienced severe back and sciatica pain during her second pregnancy.
- She was three centimeters dilated for almost two months, requiring bed rest.
- Her second pregnancy involved nausea and weight gain of 65 pounds.

Kylie Jenner recently shared details about her second pregnancy with son Aire Webster, describing it as markedly more difficult than her first. The founder of Kylie Cosmetics revealed ongoing struggles with back pain that intensified significantly during her pregnancy with Aire.
At 12 weeks pregnant, Jenner experienced debilitating sciatica and lower back pain, which at one point left her unable to walk. The discomfort was so severe that she was three centimeters dilated for a prolonged period of two months, leading her doctor to mandate strict bed rest to prevent the baby from "falling out."
She also noted experiencing "horrible" nausea and a greater weight gain of 65 pounds, reaching 210 pounds at Aire's birth, compared to 60 pounds with her first child, Stormi. Jenner contrasted this with her pregnancy with Stormi, which she characterized as a much easier "breeze."
Reflecting on her first pregnancy at 19, Jenner recalled initial fear and secrecy, only revealing the news to her parents later. She chose to keep Stormi's pregnancy private, feeling it was a way to protect herself, though announcing it later brought her immense relief.
