In November 2025, reality TV star and cosmetics mogul Kylie Jenner is preparing to move into her new $15 million Hidden Hills mega-mansion, five years after initially purchasing the 5-acre plot of land.
The 28-year-old billionaire has created a sprawling, fortress-like compound designed with a focus on privacy. The 30,000 square foot modern farmhouse, designed by renowned Canadian architect Richard Landry, will feature a dedicated security building to house Jenner's team as they monitor the property. To further shield the mansion from prying eyes, Jenner has invested $500,000 on a line of olive trees surrounding the estate.
This new Hidden Hills property joins Jenner's impressive real estate portfolio, which includes a $36 million Holmby Hills compound that serves as her primary residence, as well as a $12 million Hidden Hills mansion she has owned since 2016. Speaking on her sister Khloe's podcast, Jenner described the move as "a fresh start" as she prepares to settle into the expansive new home with her two young children.
