Kylie Jenner Stars in Hulu Thriller 'Bachelorette Weekend'

Kylie Jenner is slated to star in and executive produce "Bachelorette Weekend," a thriller drama in development for a straight-to-series order at Hulu. This venture signifies Jenner's first significant acting role, mirroring her sister Kim Kardashian's career path of branching into acting and production.

Created by Lauren Oliver, the series will see Jenner portray the bride who is murdered during her bachelorette weekend, turning her closest friends into suspects. Jenner's character is described as the central figure around whom the narrative unfolds, piecing together the events leading to the crime.

The project is based on an upcoming book by Flora Collins and was developed by Oliver's StoryGiants. Following its development at Kapital Entertainment, the script was shared with Kim Kardashian, who recognized its potential as a starring vehicle for Jenner. The series was subsequently pitched to Hulu through Kardashian's first-look deal with 20th Television and is expected to receive a straight-to-series order.

Jenner has previously shown interest in acting with a cameo in an A24 film and has been a prominent figure in Hollywood circles. Like her family on "The Kardashians," she is an executive producer on the reality series. Kardashian also stars in and executive produces the Hulu legal drama "All's Fair" and has other scripted and unscripted projects in development.
