Kyle Richards Heartbroken by Estranged Husband's Anniversary Text

Reality television personality Kyle Richards recently expressed the profound heartbreak she experienced on what would have been her 30th wedding anniversary. Her estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky, sent a message acknowledging the difficulty of the day and his disbelief at their marriage's end, stating, "I don't know how we got here. I thought we were stronger than that." This sentiment deeply affected Richards, who shared her emotions with Vicki Gunvalson.

Richards also revealed that fan reactions to their separation have been a significant burden. Many followers had viewed her marriage as a symbol of enduring love, and its dissolution has led to public disappointment. She admitted feeling "ashamed" by the breakdown, a feeling Gunvalson countered with tough advice about not letting family down.

Regarding their substantial assets, Richards indicated her intention to claim half of Umansky's real estate empire, The Agency. She believes she is entitled to this share, asserting they "built" their lives and wealth together, and that she helped launch the business through her reality TV platform. Despite these discussions, Richards and Umansky are currently coexisting peacefully, living together and maintaining a semblance of their daily routine, and have not yet filed for divorce.

Umansky founded The Agency in 2011. By May 2022, the company had facilitated over $57 billion in real estate sales and operates more than 145 offices globally. Umansky himself has achieved nearly $5 billion in sales, notably handling high-profile properties and representing celebrity clients. Richards and Umansky did not have a prenuptial agreement when they married in 1996.
