The proposed 'Boi Tirtha' is envisioned to be located near the Salt Lake Central Park book fair ground. Its design includes a comprehensive archive and museum chronicling the evolution of books and manuscripts, alongside auditoriums and seminar halls for literary events.
Furthermore, the project plans for a vibrant book mall offering a wide selection of national and international bestsellers. The initiative also anticipates incorporating parking facilities and guest accommodation for visitors attending cultural and literary gatherings.
