The restored trailer, shared by the 'Drishyam' actor, showcases the movie in an upgraded format, utilizing an original 35mm film source and incorporating Dolby Atmos sound.

Released in 1989, 'Kireedam' narrates the poignant story of Sethu, a young man aspiring to become a police officer. However, a pivotal incident dramatically alters his life's trajectory, plunging him into unexpected adversities. Directed by Sibi Malayil and penned by A. K. Lohithadas, the film boasts a stellar cast led by Mohanlal, Thilakan, and Parvathy Jayaram.

'Kireedam' achieved significant commercial success upon its release in July 1989 and is still revered as one of Mollywood's finest emotional dramas, known for its tragic conclusion.
