Kim Zolciak's Bitter Divorce Saga Drags On, 2 Years After Filing

In November 2025, Kim Zolciak, 47, spoke candidly about her seemingly never-ending and bitter divorce proceedings with estranged husband Kroy Biermann, 40. The couple separated in 2023 after 12 years of marriage, and their divorce has been a messy legal back-and-forth over the custody of their four minor children.

Zolciak expressed her frustration, saying she doesn't know if the divorce will ever be over and that she wishes it would be resolved tomorrow. She claimed that Biermann is not cooperating with co-parenting and that "the divide is what's so disturbing" to her, given their long history together and four children.

Zolciak further speculated that Biermann is holding onto "hostility" because she was the one who ended their marriage. She revealed that her daughter Ariana, 24, was "hysterical" when Zolciak first told her about the divorce, and Ariana begged her to try to make the relationship work for at least another week.

Despite the ongoing legal battle, Zolciak has moved on and is now in a new relationship with a man named Kyle, who she says went through a similar situation. Ariana, who stars on Bravo's Next Gen NYC, believes the only thing left to do is pray for healing and for her family to move forward.
