Kiara Advani is currently under fire from online trolls due to her scenes with Yash in 'Tabaahi,' a song featured in the upcoming film 'Toxic.' The criticism specifically targets her involvement in intimate sequences, with many questioning the appropriateness for a married woman and mother. This backlash stands in stark contrast to the reception of Yash, who is also married but has faced no similar negative commentary for the identical scenes.

Actress Huma Qureshi addressed the disparity on 'Yuvaa's Be A Man, Yaar!', calling the situation "sick" and "disgusting." She expressed confidence that the women involved in 'Toxic,' including the actresses and director, will prove their detractors wrong once the film is released. Benedict Garrett, also part of the film, defended Advani, highlighting that actors are professionals whose job is to portray characters and tell stories, regardless of their personal lives.

'Toxic,' directed by Geetu Mohandas, marks Yash's return to cinema after the success of the 'KGF' franchise. The film boasts a notable female cast including Nayanthara, Tara Sutaria, Rukmini Vasanth, and Huma Qureshi. Marketed with the tagline 'Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups,' the action-packed movie is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on August 26.
