She also seeks a partner who is tall, protective, funny, and possesses religious faith and professional success. Khloé jokingly stated she's "no sugar mama," emphasizing financial independence in a partner. Her physical preferences were also noted, along with a desire for mutual encouragement.

In June 2025, Khloé addressed speculation about her cosmetic procedures, acknowledging a nose job and nonsurgical treatments. She clarified in a subsequent interview that "there is maintenance involved" in her appearance, contrasting with assumptions of entirely natural looks.
