The idea for the new show emerged from discussions with friends Natalie Halcro and Olivia Pierson, who recognized a strong fan desire for their return to television. During a birthday party, they approached Khloé with their aspirations, and she reportedly took immediate action, leading to a pilot filming within weeks.
