Kevin Hart Roast: Unseen Jokes on Lizzo & #MeToo Revealed
12 May
Summary
- Unused jokes targeted Lizzo, #MeToo, and Riyadh Comedy Festival.
- Tom Brady made a surprise appearance to roast Kevin Hart.
- The Roast of Kevin Hart is now available for streaming.

The recent Roast of Kevin Hart, hosted by Shane Gillis, showcased a lineup of comedians delivering harsh jokes. However, several particularly sharp remarks were omitted from the final broadcast, as revealed by one of the show's comedy writers, Madison Sinclair.
Among the unused jokes were jabs aimed at Lizzo's role in the film 'Hustlers,' a commentary on Hart being seemingly unaffected by the #MeToo movement, and a critique of his participation in the Saudi-funded Riyadh Comedy Festival. It remains unclear if these jokes were cut for time or other reasons.
Adding to the night's surprises, former NFL star Tom Brady interrupted the proceedings. Brady, who was himself the subject of a previous roast, came on stage to deliver his own barbs at Hart, playfully referencing Hart's past personal scandals. Hart has since reconciled with his wife, Eniko, after a public cheating scandal in 2017, and they welcomed a second child in 2020. The Roast of Kevin Hart is now available to stream on Netflix.
