Kevin Federline, the ex-husband of pop star Britney Spears, has been sued by Bank of America over an allegedly unpaid credit card bill. The lawsuit, filed on February 19, claims Federline owes $12,186.64. This legal action occurred just weeks prior to Spears' own arrest for driving under the influence.
Federline reportedly opened the credit card account in December 2024, a month after Spears made her last child support payment for their two sons. For years, Spears had been providing $20,000 monthly in child support. Spears was arrested in Ventura County, California, and later released. She is scheduled to appear in court in May.
