Kerry Katona 'Gobsmacked' by New Chart Success

Kerry Katona has expressed shock and delight after her new single, "Home Again," secured a Top 10 position on the iTunes chart. This achievement comes nearly 30 years after she first rose to fame as an original member of the girl group Atomic Kitten. The song itself is a reworked version of one of the band's most well-known tracks.

Katona, who has previously spoken about her childhood in the care system, revealed that a portion of the proceeds from "Home Again" will be donated to The Foster Care Charity. She described the chart success as "gobsmacked" and a "dream come true," especially given that the song began as a lighthearted effort to raise money. This marks a significant return to her music roots, supplementing her ongoing career in live performance and reality television.
