24 Feb
Summary
- Kenya Moore's company ordered to pay over $80,000 for unpaid rent.
- The landlord claims rent payments stopped in December 2024.
- Moore's business cited landlord's failure to make property improvements.

A Georgia judge has mandated that Kenya Moore's company, Moore Vision Media, pay more than $80,000 in a legal dispute over unpaid rent and utilities. The order requires two installments, totaling $87,976, by late February and late March of 2026. Monthly rent payments of approximately $5,500 are also stipulated until the property is vacated.
The landlord, Northland Chamblee LLC, initiated a lawsuit in October 2025, asserting that the Kenya Moore Hair Spa stopped paying rent in December 2024. The landlord subsequently sought immediate possession of the property after claiming the first court-ordered payment was missed.
Moore's company has contested these allegations. Their defense argues that the landlord did not fulfill their obligations by making requested improvements to the salon premises. The court has not yet ruled on the landlord's request for possession.
