Summary
- Kenya Moore's salon was moved out due to a landlord dispute.
- The reality star claims nearly $80,000 in improvement funds are owed.
- A judge ordered Moore's company to pay back rent and utilities.

Reality television personality Kenya Moore has recently moved her hair salon out of its Atlanta location. This action stems from a significant legal battle with her landlord over alleged unpaid reimbursements for property improvements.
Moore claims her landlord owes her close to $80,000 for crucial improvements she funded. As a result, she pursued legal recourse by withholding rent and filing a countersuit, stating this was her only option.
Previously, court documents revealed a Georgia judge mandated Moore's company, Moore Vision Media, to settle nearly $88,000 in overdue rent and utilities. The ruling also stipulated monthly rent payments unless she vacated the premises.
Following this order, the landlord asserted that Moore's company missed the payment deadline. This led the landlord to petition the court for immediate possession of the salon property.
Kenya Moore Hair Spa, established in Atlanta in 2024, faced allegations of non-payment. However, Moore contested these claims in court, asserting the landlord failed to complete promised renovations to the space.
