Anurag Kashyap's Kennedy Finally Set for Release

Anurag Kashyap's much-anticipated film Kennedy is set to release within the coming one to two months, bringing relief to fans eagerly awaiting its debut. The film's trailer launch is scheduled for February 8, 2026, at the Kala Ghoda Arts Festival in Mumbai's Cross Maidan.

Director Anurag Kashyap will be joined by the film's lead actors, Sunny Leone and Rahul Bhat, for the trailer unveiling. This event promises an engaging interaction about the film, serving as a cinematic close to the festival. Kennedy previously premiered at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival and was screened at the Jio MAMI Mumbai Film Festival.

The film's delayed release had previously caused frustration for Kashyap, who voiced his concerns about its handling by the production studio in 2025. The upcoming trailer launch signals a positive step towards its eventual release, though the exact release date and platform (theatrical or OTT) are yet to be confirmed.

The Kala Ghoda Arts Festival 2026 will feature several other film-related events, including discussions with the teams of 'Cheeni Kum', 'Jhankaar Beats', and 'Tanvi The Great', alongside screenings of classics like 'Ardh Satya'.
