Pickler had declined to be administrator of his estate, leading to a feud with his parents over various assets. Among the disputed items are Jacobs' extensive gun collection, watches, jewelry, and electronic devices.
Pickler's legal team argued that some requested items were not in her possession or had disputed ownership, also raising concerns about the legality of transporting firearms. While the judge blocked the current subpoena, the Jacobses may pursue further action. Pickler previously sold the home she shared with Jacobs for $2.3 million.
