Kelley Wolf Enters Treatment Center Amid Ongoing Divorce Drama

As of September 30th, 2025, Kelley Wolf has entered a treatment center in Utah amid her ongoing divorce from actor Scott Wolf. Kelley was scheduled to appear in court on September 30th, but did not show up, with the judge stating she was "unable to attend" due to her current treatment at the mental health facility.

Kelley has been facing several misdemeanor charges in relation to her divorce, including electronic communications harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information. These charges stem from apparent confrontational social media posts she allegedly made, which included sharing Scott's personal phone number and contacting their three children through a friend's phone.

During a September 10th hearing, the judge told Kelley she needed to retain a lawyer, and ordered Scott to help his ex-wife obtain representation and cover a portion of her legal fees. The judge also upheld parts of a previous protective order, which prohibits Kelley from having any direct or indirect contact with Scott or their children.

Despite the ongoing legal battles, the judge has allowed the estranged couple to communicate with each other via phone, stating this is in the best interest of their children. Kelley and Scott's next divorce hearing is scheduled for October 23rd, and Kelley has also received a summons to appear in court on November 7th regarding her latest arrest.
