According to the statement released by the Bon Secours Wellness Arena, where Urban was scheduled to perform, the singer's longtime laryngologist, Dr. Gaelyn Garrett from the Vanderbilt Voice Center, has advised him to cancel the show to focus on his health. Laryngitis, a type of inflammation affecting the voice box, has been plaguing Urban since earlier this week.

The cancellation is the latest chapter in Urban and Kidman's personal life, which has been the subject of intense media scrutiny in recent weeks.
