Kate Gosselin Accidentally Reveals Boyfriend's Name in TikTok Live

In a recent development, former reality star Kate Gosselin has inadvertently revealed the identity of her boyfriend during a TikTok Live broadcast from her hospital bed. On September 30th, 2025, Gosselin was live-streaming while receiving treatment for a broken leg when she accidentally mentioned her boyfriend's name as "Steve."

The revelation has sparked renewed interest in Gosselin's personal life, as her ex-husband Jon and estranged son Collin have previously accused her of having an affair with the family's bodyguard back in 2009. Collin has gone so far as to demand that Kate take a lie detector test to prove her honesty.

Despite the ongoing family drama, Gosselin appears to be focused on her recovery, as she was discussing with "Steve" the items she would need during her recuperation. The 50-year-old mother of eight has not yet publicly commented on the name slip or the allegations made by her ex-husband and son.
