Kartik Aaryan's National Award: A Divine Blessing

Kartik Aaryan recently marked a significant milestone in his career by securing his first National Award for Best Actor for his powerful performance in the film Chandu Champion.

Following this prestigious honour, Aaryan visited the revered Lalbaugcha Raja pandal in Mumbai. He was seen offering prayers to Lord Ganesha, with his National Award in hand. In a deeply symbolic gesture, he placed the award at the deity's feet, expressing his gratitude with the caption, "Blessed beyond words. Thank you bappa!!"

The film Chandu Champion saw Aaryan portray Murlikant Petkar, India's first Paralympic gold medallist. While the movie did not achieve significant box office success, Aaryan's portrayal garnered widespread critical acclaim, leading to this shared Best Actor award with Mammootty. The actor reflected on his journey, from his hometown of Gwalior to this significant achievement, calling the experience "painful" but the result "sweet."

Aaryan also extended his gratitude to his parents, friends, and team, dedicating his win to Paralympians and dreamers. He is set to appear next in the fantasy comedy Naagzilla, scheduled for release on February 12, 2027.
