Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan has recently taken up a new sport, padel. Sharing her experience on social media, Kapoor Khan expressed her enthusiasm for the game, captioning a photo from the court with "Never say Never" as she entered her "padel era." She was joined by her yoga coach, Anshuka Parwani, during the padel session.
Kapoor Khan is concurrently engaged in filming 'Daayra,' an investigative crime thriller directed by Meghna Gulzar. The film's initial shooting days, which commenced in September 2025, saw the team participating in various preparations, including puja ceremonies, script discussions, look tests, and scene shoots. Veteran lyricist Gulzar also visited the sets, engaging with the cast and crew. Prithviraj Sukumaran, who also stars in 'Daayra,' conveyed his excitement for the project, describing it as a challenging and thrilling new journey.
Meghna Gulzar marked the commencement of 'Daayra' with a special post referencing a narrative of "blurred and crossed lines." This film follows Kapoor Khan's recent appearances in the 2024 heist comedy 'Crew' and the crime thriller 'The Buckingham Murders,' released in September 2024.
