He acquired the secluded, Zen-inspired property in 2007 for $940,000, just before the Kardashian series premiered. The three-bedroom residence offers a blend of privacy and proximity to entertainment industry hubs.

Jenkins explained his motivation for selling is a lifelong aspiration to live by the ocean in Southern California, inspired by his Michigan upbringing. Despite the allure of the coast, he expressed sadness about leaving the home, which he cherishes for its natural surroundings and convenient access to Los Angeles amenities. He noted the area's reputation as a well-kept secret for artists and entertainers.

The home itself is described as a sanctuary, featuring a two-story living room, a meditation courtyard, and lush landscaping that enhances its private atmosphere.
