Kandi Burruss has alleged in new court documents that her estranged husband, Todd Tucker, is currently residing in her guest house without paying rent or contributing to household expenses. The 'RHOA' alum asserts that Tucker has been living in her Atlanta property, which she owned prior to their marriage, since their separation.
Burruss claims Tucker has not covered any costs for the guest house, including utilities, lawn care, or alarm system fees. She also stated he has not provided financial support for their two children, Ace and Blaze, who live in the home.
Despite her professional commitments in New York from November 2025 until March 2026, Burruss says she has been flying back to see the children. She is requesting the judge order Tucker to pay child support and share in the children's expenses. Burruss also seeks a court order defining parenting time.
She also detailed Tucker's alleged non-contribution to their children's birthdays, tuition, and school supplies since she filed for divorce in November 2025. A lawyer for Tucker has not yet responded to requests for comment.
