Kalki Koechlin Makes Rs 60 Lakh Profit on Mumbai Home

Actor Kalki Koechlin has concluded a significant real estate transaction, selling her apartment in Mumbai's Andheri West for Rs 2.55 crores. This sale marks a profitable venture for the actor, who initially purchased the property in December 2015 for Rs 1.95 crore. The apartment, located in the Varsova Kiran Co-operative Housing Society Ltd, boasts a carpet area of 1,230 square feet.

The sale was officially registered on April 21, 2026, with Yuvraj Ahuja identified as the buyer. During the transaction, stamp duty amounting to Rs 16.08 lakhs and registration charges of Rs 30,000 were paid. This deal highlights a notable increase in property value, with Koechlin estimated to have gained approximately Rs 60 lakh on her investment over nearly a decade.
