Kacie Fagan has been promoted to director of development at Constantin Film's U.S. production arm. She previously served as a creative executive and will continue to report to co-presidents Pamela L. Kunath and Robert Kulzer.
In her expanded capacity, Fagan will identify and evaluate film and television projects, including scripts, books, and other intellectual property. She will also nurture relationships with writers, directors, and industry agents. Fagan played a crucial role in developing 'Regretting You', a 2025 film adaptation of Colleen Hoover's novel, which achieved significant box office success with $90 million in global earnings against a $30 million budget.
Constantin Film highlighted Fagan's integral role in the company's business growth and its strategy to develop commercially appealing projects with distinct voices. Fagan joined Constantin Film in 2018, bringing prior experience from Vice Media and Telepictures Productions. Her promotion coincides with Constantin's increased focus on theatrical releases.
The studio recently released "Good Luck, Have Fun, Don't Die" and has "Resident Evil" and "Weapons" scheduled for upcoming releases. In development are "If You Could See Me Now" and "Siamese Dream," signaling continued expansion in feature film production.
