Prime Video will release two special bonus episodes for "Jury Duty" on April 10, a week after the finale of "Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat." These episodes will be hosted by James Marsden, who earned an Emmy nomination for his role in the first season.
The first episode, titled "The Reunion," features Anthony Norman, the "hero" of "Company Retreat," reuniting with the entire cast. The second episode, "The Meeting," is highly anticipated as it depicts the first-ever encounter between Anthony Norman and Ronald Gladden, the "hero" of the original "Jury Duty" season.
Synopsis reveals that Anthony Norman and Ronald Gladden will meet in Los Angeles to candidly discuss their shared, unique experiences. As the only individuals who underwent this social experiment, they will exchange personal stories and perspectives on its impact on their lives.
The series "Jury Duty," created by Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky, features ordinary individuals unaware they are the sole non-actors in staged scenarios. The first season centered on Ronald, who believed he was attending regular jury duty. The second season, "Company Retreat," similarly surprised Anthony, who thought he was taking on a temporary job.
Both Ronald and Anthony discovered the elaborate prank during the final episode of their respective seasons. They also received substantial cash prizes: $100,000 for Ronald and $150,000 for Anthony. Additionally, Prime Video will release audio commentaries for "Company Retreat" episodes hosted by cast members and Anthony.
