A California court dismissed a lawsuit filed by Connie Boss Alexander, the mother of late dancer Stephen 'tWitch' Boss, against his widow, Allison Holker. Alexander had petitioned in September 2025 for grandparent visitation, expressing fear of a strained relationship with her grandchildren. She alleged that Holker retaliated by limiting contact after Boss's death in December 2022. Holker, who shared children Maddox, 9, and Zaia, 6, with Boss, denied these claims, stating she facilitated calls and visits.
Further court documents from February 2 indicated Holker's assertion that Alexander contacted the children only once in 2025. Holker also previously defended her memoir, which touched upon Boss's struggles, after Alexander publicly denounced the book's claims.
