JoJo Siwa has entered into a new strategic partnership with Bhoosan's Junior, an India-based children's entertainment business, to develop animated digital-first content. This collaboration seeks to unite Siwa's prominent youth brand with Bhoosan's established digital-first content creation capabilities for kids and families.
Thomas Global Media has brokered this significant deal and will function as the exclusive licensing agent for all animated content that emerges from this partnership. Siwa expressed her enthusiasm for animation, calling it a natural evolution for her intellectual property and a passion she has held since childhood.
Sarath Bhooshan, founder and CEO of Bhoosan's Junior, highlighted the company's vision to create globally resonant children's intellectual properties. He stated that partnering with a globally recognized creator like JoJo Siwa allows for the fusion of strong storytelling with cultural authenticity and worldwide ambition. Bhooshan launched his 'tech-tainment' company in 2019 from Kerala, India, and has since produced animated shows for YouTube.
Siwa, who has built a vast entertainment franchise across music, television, touring, publishing, and consumer products, sees animation as a key next step. She is actively involved in every phase of the animation process, from creative development to final execution, and has already conceptualized new ideas and designs for this venture.
