The actor opted to sell the units individually, rather than as a single transaction. The properties were first listed in 2016 with an asking price of $12.78 million for the entire collection.
The final penthouse concluded its sale in November 2017 for $1.425 million, marking the completion of Depp's divestment. This last unit, a 1,780-square-foot loft-style space, was later listed for rent at $5,500 per month.
This Art Deco building's penthouses featured unique elements like exposed brickwork, ductwork, and original steel-paned windows offering city views. The final unit also boasted a floor-to-ceiling mural by Osgemeos.
