Joe Pera's New Show: A Guy, Two Cars, Zero Logic

Adult Swim has officially greenlit a new comedy series, 'My Two Cars,' developed by Joe Pera and Dan Licata. The show's premise is deceptively simple: it focuses on the everyday struggles and humorous situations faced by a man named Keith Asshole, who owns two cars. This project is expected to deliver the distinctive, deadpan comedic style that Pera is known for.

Joe Pera has previously achieved success with his series 'Joe Pera Talks With You' and its accompanying informercials, praised for their unique blend of observational humor and gentle guidance. Co-creator Dan Licata brings his writing experience from 'Saturday Night Live' and Adult Swim's 'Teenage Euthanasia' to the partnership, ensuring a strong comedic vision. The series is slated to debut with quarter-hour episodes as part of the 2026 television schedule.
